Another girls skirt

I made two skirts for my daughters. They each have a hidden elastic waist. They are meant to look as if they are made of ties! The underside of this one is left unfinished on purpose. I kind of like how it looks. It has about 1/4 inch on the bottom to fray and give it a distinct look!

This one is made to be a little wider since infants put their legs all over the place. It also has a pink with brown polka dots underside. It has about 1/4 inch on the bottom to fray and give it a distinct look!
